As a licensed clinical psychologist, I provide cognitive-behavioral therapy for adults dealing with a variety of psychological issues. The effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral therapy has been extensively demonstrated in numerous scientific clinical trials. Cognitive-behavioral therapy is among the most effective treatments available for:

  • Depression

  • Social anxiety disorder (Social phobia)

  • Generalized anxiety disorder (excessive worrying)

  • Panic disorder (recurrent panic attacks)

  • Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

  • Other anxiety-related conditions (e.g., phobias)

  • Stress management

In addition, I conduct neuropsychological assessments to evaluate conditions that affect cognitive abilities, including ADHD, concussion/mild traumatic brain injury, and problems with memory.

Scheduling and fees

Treatment generally involves an initial evaluation session, in which we review in detail the difficulties you have been having and identify the symptoms or problems you would like help in solving. If we mutually agree to work together, we would typically schedule sessions once per week.

Each session lasts 55 minutes. The private-pay fee for each session is $175, although I offered reduced fees in some cases. I also accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and TriCare. If you have an insurance carrier other than Blue Cross Blue Shield or TriCare, I will provide a receipt that you may submit to your insurance company, if they reimburse for out-of-network providers.

If you would like to schedule an appointment, please contact my scheduling service at 512-982-9273
